Marry Me

A new pic, yeah!!
This is gonna be my MGC entry for the month. It's my character, Oedipus and his future bride, Ariana (aka Ari-chan) from TGS. It's an old sketch that I redrew, enhanced and then colored! I thought it was fitting for a tropical setting 'cause of Ari-chan's pose and choice of clothes. And I am particularly proud of how the ocean turned out. Still doesn't quite look like water - not sparkly or nothing, but it came out better than expected. I had to sort of use a different picture as a reference though. That way I had something to work with. Cool though, huh?
Anyway, I did it as a mixed media 'cause it's got both Prismacolor markers and pencils. It's mostly the markers, but Oedipus's skin is pencils, 'cause I don't have greys in the markers yet - and definately not a white marker.
Do they even HAVE a white marker? I wouldn't think so. It'd be pointless, wouldn't it?
